The journal Digital Psychology and Mental Health Technologies is a specialized peer-reviewed psychological journal dedicated to fundamental and applied research on the psychological mechanisms of digital behavior, the protection of mental health, and psychometric solutions in this field. The Journal was founded in January 2026 and is published by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Aims & Scope
The aim of the Journal is to establish a leading international platform for publications and for the promotion of scientific ideas from both domestic and international research addressing the development and functioning of the human psyche in the digital environment, as well as to expand the communicative space of scholarly dialogue between psychologists and representatives of related disciplines.

Peer Review
All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening and double-blind peer review by independent experts. The journal considers manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly significance, originality, methodological soundness, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Editorial Policies and Publication Ethics
The journal adheres to the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics and applies procedures for:
· identifying unethical borrowing (plagiarism) and other forms of publication misconduct;
· disclosure and management of conflicts of interest;
· handling author communications (complaints and appeals related to peer review outcomes);
· issuing corrections and retractions where justified.

Articles are published in open access on the journal website and are available in full text. Journal content is provided in three languages – Kazakh, Russian, and English – in accordance with the journal’s language policy.
